Q&A

We have partnered with local supplier Nelson’s Meat + Fish, who themselves source products from around the world. Their products are of premium quality and flown in daily to ensure peak freshness.

Where do we source our products?

Since the products are flown in each day, we will hand select the best bushels of oysters for the day of your event. That means the species may not be decided until literal hours before your event. However, our sourcing partners are absolute experts in determining the best products for the day. You may get a Pacific NW dwelling oyster or Atlantic dwelling oyster.

Which species are provided?

This will be based off of guest count. General rule of thumb is 1 oystermen/oysterwomen per 50 guests. This will ensure an efficient experience for your guests.

How many staff will be supplied?

Yes, you’ll want to plan on all your guests indulging in the oyster experience! This will ensure that no guests get left out! Some guests may have 1 and some may have 4 to 5!

What if some of my guests won’t eat oysters, do I count them in my guest count?
